SetPoint: Volleyball Fantasy — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the SetPoint: Volleyball Fantasy mobile application ("the App"), developed by Güllü Artuç ("we", "us"). The App is a free fantasy volleyball game for Android and iOS.

1. Information we collect

Account information. You can sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. When you do, we receive your name, your email address and a unique user ID. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we receive Apple's private relay address instead. You can also start as a guest; a guest account has only a random user ID until you link it to Google or Apple.

Game data. Information you create in the App: team names, manager name, squad selections, captain choice, favorite team, country, and the points and rankings your teams earn.

Device and technical data. Our service providers (listed in section 4) process technical data such as your device's IP address, operating system, app version and device or installation identifiers. This is needed to deliver the App, remote settings and notifications.

Advertising data. The App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and technical data to show and measure ads. Where required, the App asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown (a consent form in the EEA/UK, and Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS). You can change your choice at any time in the App under More > Settings > Privacy & Security.

Notifications. If you allow notifications, a device token is used to deliver them through Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos or files. The App does not use analytics or crash-reporting tools.

2. How we use Google user data

When you sign in with Google, the App receives your name, email address and Google account ID. We use this data only to create your account, sign you in and keep your game data linked to you.

• Your Google user data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore).
• It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with third parties except the Firebase services that host the App.
• Your email address is never shown to other users.
• It is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
• The App does not access any other data in your Google account (such as Gmail, Drive or Contacts).

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Publicly visible information (leaderboards)

SetPoint is a competitive game. The following is visible to other users on leaderboards and in private leagues: manager name, team name, favorite team, country, points and rank. Please do not use your real name or personal information as a manager or team name if you do not want it to be public.

4. Service providers

The App relies on the following services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config): https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy

We may also disclose information if required by law, or when necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account and game data for as long as your account exists.

• In the App: go to More > Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete Account. Your account and the game data linked to it are deleted. This cannot be undone.
• By email: if you cannot access the App, write to gulluartuc.developer@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, and we will delete your data within 30 days.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK), you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use the security measures provided by Google Firebase, including encrypted connections and access rules that limit each user to their own data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
